Dr. Berry is a board-certified endocrinologist who specializes in personalized medical treatment of hormonal condition, integrating nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Evergreen Endocrinology & Wellness is a direct specialty care practice, which means we do not accept or bill health insurance for services. You may still use your insurance to pay for outside services such as labs, imaging, medical equipment, and medications.

Dr. Berry assesses your current health status and goals, we create a treatment and wellness plan, and follow up throughout the year to assess progress and modify treatment as necessary.
This includes unlimited visits by telemedicine or in office, priority scheduling, expedited prior authorization and forms, and communication in-between appointments.
Service fee: $100/month plus $100 sign-up fee
There is a 4 month initial commitment, then month to month afterwards.
Consultation service
In some instances, you may only be seeking an answer or a second opinion to a medical question. For this reason, a single consultation may be all you need. This includes a consultation appointment as well as a follow-up call to review the results of any diagnostic testing ordered (if applicable).
Consultation service does not include access to Dr. Berry outside of the consultation and results review.
