There is little to no wait time for consultation appointments, Dr. Berry can schedule you to be seen within days (perhaps even same day if schedule permits). To be seen, we just need to register you either by the form below or over the phone. Once registered, we will call you to make an appointment, have you electronically sign a records release form, and discuss details of the appointment.
